My Charge 3 is deleting steps

I've had my Charge 3 for a long time, and it's been flawless.  Two days ago, however, I had over 11,000 steps, and it was suddenly knocked down to 4K steps.  Within minutes, the count was down to 2K.  Really torqued me off, because this was going to be my first 15K steps in one day in a long time!  Anyway, I restarted the Charge 3, added in my steps, and went on.  Same thing happened just now.  What's up with that?  Again, restarted and got the smiley face.  But what's the cure for this?  Thanks, Katie

I am having this exact same problem! It’s been doing it for the past 4 days, I had over 16,000 yesterday and it dropped down to 32! It’s so frustrating.
