My Charge 3 is having battery and screen issues

My Charge 3's battery need to be charged more than once a day. Now the screen shows the Fitbit Icon and 100 underneath it. What does that mean? 

 

I am very disappointed with my Fitbit. It was my first every Fitbit. I have it now 13 months. I had 3 replacements during this period. 

 

I really am at a point where I don't know if it is worth it to buy another one or change to another brand.  I heard good things about Fitbit and thought I should try it out but now I don't know.
