My Charge 3 is not charging

Went to charge my Fitbit charge three and it's not charging tryed using both cables I have and  different plugs . made sure it was lined up probably and that the back of the charger and fit bit were clean but it's not registering the charger I even tryed re-starting it anyone got any ideas
