My Charge 3 is not holding a charge

My Charge 3 worked fine until yesterday. It died within a couple hours. Assuming it didn't charge I cleaned all contacts, put it on the charger. It smiled and charged it to 51%, then I restarted it. It died within an hour. I've tried long restarting with the instructions in another post. When I hold the button it A. Smiles, B. Vibrates again and Asks if I want to Dnd / sleep, or C. Vibrates again and shows me the homescreen with blinking battery in the corner. 

Please help.
