My Charge 3 is not listed on the Fitbit app screen

On my app it’s not showing steps or sleep it’s not even listed on the screen but it says it’s connected

Please set up your Fitbit Charge 3 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1631146665101.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Thank you I did that and it won’t connect it said connected in Bluetooth but now it says not connected so I guess my watch is done and it’s only been a 1 1/2 years since I bought it but thanks for your help
