This started couple days ago, my charger 3 isn’t notifying me at all.
No notification at all. If it does it notify me it comes hours later. Can it be fixed??

In addition, please make sure to have the latest version of the Fitbit app (3.40.1 for iOS or Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

thanks for the solutions.
So I did restart it, check Bluetooth, checked notification settings and it’s already updated to the recent version so idk why it’s not notifying me.
