My heart monitor function has quit working. It was spotty and working off an on for a few days now it doesn't read my heart rate at all. I have tried charging it fully, resetting it, and still I have no heart rate. Is anyone else struggling with this?

I have restarted my fitbit as per the instructions in the linked article. I'm having other issues as well. I will be sitting still and not moving, then it acts like I pushed the button and will go to the DND/SLEEP screen option. It is not holding a charge throughout the day either. Are there other options? I purchased this fitbit Oct 30 2019. Am I just out of luck? Thanks.

This same thing started happening to me, too. Its also reading inflated--i woke up and the Fitbit said I was in cardio this morning! It hasn't recorded any heart data in the Fitbit app for 3 days now
