My Charge 3 is not registering my swim length accurately

Swimming is my major exercise so my new charge 3 is set to register a 25m pool. I swim lengths continuously but the length count can be wildly inaccurate, registering 10 to 15 lengths more than I've done. How does this happen? It's very disappointing 😕

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 3 is not registering your swim lengths accurately. Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you haven't done it already, please restart your Tracker by following these steps. In addition, you can set up your Charge 3 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

Whether this doesn't work, set a different pool length on your Fitbit account and then set it back to 25m. Please make sure to sync your Charge 3 after making any change to your Fitbit account.
