My Charge 3 is not tracking heart-rate accurately

Charge 3 I have contacted support and talk to three different people no one can help me my Fitbit is reading my heart rate at 180 which it is not it’s not track tracking my sleep properly not giving me a number or my oxygen level I have tried everything on every site I could find logging out and logging back in restarting it rebooting it and nothing has helped and no one wants to help me

No I tried everything on all the suggested sites it is still not giving me a sleep number for my oxygen level I am very disappointed with Fitbit right now

You keep saying let us know and when I call they hang up and don’t call back I will never have a good word for your product
