My Charge 3 has suddenly stopped registering my heart rate and sleep. The green LED has stopped working. It doesn't vibrate and won't allow switch-off using the button on the side. This is my 6th Charge 3 since 2019,all of the others have failed and been replaced. This one has been the longest lasting at 10 months and Fitbit have said they will not replace it, only offer 35% discount off a new one. I've tried all resets, removed app, replaced app, everything. Do I just give up and buy something else? Why are Fitbit so unreliable? Or am I just unlucky? They seem to go wrong every time they do an update.
