I've found recently that when out running my charge 3 is not tracking my run. It is tracking my heart rate and time but not tracking my distance with GPS therefore, I can't see where I have run or the heart rate zones. This has happened multiple times now. I have searched for updates and none are available so unsure of the cause. I am also finding that the screen is very dim ever with the brightness on normal when I am outside.

hi Edson My Charge 3 suddenly lost brightness in the sun yesterday (can't read it at all) and is even difficult to read at times inside. What is the solution.

@robertajb , please go to your device settings and change brightness to Auto. If this doesn't help, please perform a restart.
