My Fitbit charge 3 is 2 weeks over a year old. Today, it started vibrating and displaying a smiley face. I had 54% battery and within 3 minutes it dropped to 4%. I’ve never seen this before. And now it won’t connect. I’ve tried cleaning the connecting pins with alcohol, tried multiple charging sites (computer, usb wall adapter, multiple Fitbit chargers- my family owns 4 Fitbits.) I have a sinking feeling that this is the death of my Fitbit, and now that it’s 2 weeks past the 1yr Mark, I’ll be out of warranty!
