Your charge 3 update does NOT work. For the second time my Fitbit and phone have been plugged in next to each other trying to update Fitbit for hours. You have a problem with your update.and this morning Fitbit is still not working. I am extremely disappointed snd upset with this product and lack of support to get it fixed. This is my 3 rd Fitbit for myself plus have bought 3 for gifts. You need to figure out what is wrong and fix it . I am a very unhappy customer.
