My Fitbit won’t stop vibrating and jumping screen ever since I tried to update firmware on my iPhone fitbit app. I have contacted customer support but all the actions they have told me to do is not working. From force closing the app to actually deleting the app than reinstalling it but nothing seems to work
please help
