My Charge 3 isn't working

Hi

My Charge 3 developed one line on the screen and then a week later multiple lines.  A few days ago it went from being on full charge down to 12% overnight and then when I charged it again the screen started 'flashing' and showing dots and lines.  I tried a small reset and long reset as suggested on other chats and now it is not working at all.  No vibrations either.  Could you please help?
