I am having the same trouble.

Rang customer service  today ,who first said it was my computer when I explained i hadn't had problems before he then said it needed updating.  Sosfterabout1hr trying to get it to sync it updated but its still loosing time. This is the second charge 3 that has had trouble with.

Thanks for replying. Its very annoying. I had a garmin before this and it was much better. Will be going back to garmin again.
