My Charge 3 no longer receives notifications

My Charge 3 Fitbit no longer receives phone call or text notifications from my Samsung Note 8.  I did the Fitbit troubleshooting and also tried Test Call Notification,  but it failed. No vibration on wrist. No notifications of texts or emails as I used to get. US Cellular local office tried to help, but nothing worked there either. Is my Charge 3 malfunctioning?

To resolve difficulties with notifications, we recommend following these instructions.

 

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1632105015315.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
