My Charge 3 not syncing, tracking heart rate and sleep

Been 3 weeks and now my Charge 3 won't sync, NO heart rate and not tracking sleep.  My Charge 2 NEVER had this problem. I've reset everything reinstalled app and nothing. Steps are way off. Was off my wrist and it registered 554 steps within 10 minutes. If the isn't fixed by this weekend mine wil be going back and never buying another Fitbit product.

While still waiting on customer support to act, I deleted the tracker from the app and now I can't set it up again. It's not my phone or my wife's charge 2. I'm going to return my Charge 3. I don't need a plastic watch.

I have my fitbit charge for four days worked fine. But now no heart rate or sleep tracking. Tried everything. Fustrated bought this to track sleep.

I have a similar problem. Had my Charge 3 for 6 days, the first 4 days everything worked well, now my heart rate doesn’t sync with my phone.  Any ideas how to fix this?

I'm sorry to hear that your heart rate is not being transferred or synced to your Fitbit app. Please let me know the following details: Is your Charge 3 set up or linked to your account? Does your heart rate show on your tracker itself?

 

In addition, please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article and see if your heart rate gets synced properly.

I have only had my Charge 3 for a few weeks, but I have sync issues almost every other day!!! It's almost not worth keeping the device... I have called the help line more than once, and never get more than a temporary fix... I have a hammer I'm thinking of trying, LOL

Yesterday my FitBit Charge 3 stopped syncing entirely.  The app updated and then it synced the steps briefly, and stopped again but was syncing the heart rate.  Last night it didn't sync my sleep but tracked a couple of steps and then refused to sync at all.  I reset the FitBit and now it's syncing my steps but not my heart rate (and my heart rate is showing on my FitBit itself).  I'd love some help, I've only had the device a month.

Mine has been working for a few days now (knock on wood) but sleep tracker
told me this morning I went to bed at 1:49 (actually 11:30.) Duh.
Sometimes what works best is what my son always suggests:
Shut down the Android.
Wait 2 minutes.
Start up again.
My Charge 3 is set to Sync all day. It doesn't, but it seems to happen more
often at that setting. Sometimes it just tries and tries, which of course
drains phone battery.
Isn't technology WONDERFUL?????

I have the same problem. Now I am even not able to restart my fitbit on computer. 

I have also hammer...Do you think it wi help? Lol

But  I can see, many customers have the same problem....

I don't need plastic watch...I didn't buy it to be angry...

I resolved my issue by going into my phone app and checking for updates. I
then did the update that was there and it worked. I called the help line
and they walked me through

I have done both of those things at different times, and I've actually had
four consecutive days of synching success after a few tries! I intend to
enjoy that, but don't expect it to last.....

I had a Samsung last time and never had any issues, but it had a crap band
and I lost it!. Will go back to that kind if this one keeps screwing up

 I have the same problem. I have spent more time on customer support than the time my Fitbit has actually worked. It seems this latest update totally ruined  my Fitbit syncing to my phone. What a waste of $150! Shame on them!

I have made seven calls to fix my Fitbit and none of the help has worked. They need to change the update. The Fitbit stinks! I’ll never buy another. Terrible waste of money!

I’ve had the same problem. Initially when things started going wrong today my Fitbit charge3 would not sync at all. After getting in touch with the call centre and getting their help it now syncs when it feels like it and doesn’t record my heart rate at all on the dashboard. Not very impressed. Good luck with yours.
