I recently purchased a Charge 3. For the first week it worked perfectly, but yesterday the battery drained in a day. I charged it back up today and it died once again in about 10 hours. How can I fix this and/or should I return it?

I have the same issue. I have had my Charge 3 for 8 months and all of the sudden I have had battery issues. First of all, It charges to 99% then takes a long time to get to 100%. Then it drains in a few hours. After that it creates a pulsing action even thought the screen is black and won't turn on. I have tried to restart it then recharge it several times and the same happens.
What can we do to address this issue that now seems to be happening to more than one person.

Yep. Same exact problems and behavior here as well. Seems like the moderators are intentionally avoiding the battery charge issues.
