So a few years ago I had a Charge3 and it was fine. I upgraded and put the Charge3 and its charger a drawer where it sat for a few years. Now my wife needs something to monitor her sleep and o2 levels and I got it out and wham no go.
I have tried and read everything about this issues. It only vibrates when in the chargers and would vibrates till the sun dies if I could hold the button down that long.
Any new suggestions or can support do anything for me 'or' should I bury it at sea?

Yea, you missed the part where I tried the recs already without help. You were not helpful but the phone service was. They are sending me a replacment.
