Attempted to  for help and lost call twice with no call back. My charger 3 randomly added 20000 steps in 15 min. They won't go away I tried to start it - did nothing.  I am in the middle of a challenge so can't do a hard reset at the moment? Any thoughts?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for the information provided.

 

There is actually no option to remove those extra steps, but if this is the first time you experience this issue please restart your Fitbit Charge 3 by following these instructions. Restarting your Fitbit device turns it off and on without deleting any activity data.
