Whatever weight I put in my Charge 3 it always records any loss or gain in .9lbs not the actual full lbs. For example 2.9lbs, 4.9lbs etc. See screenshot.

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community @Bitfit_Janet.
I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit app is not showing the correct weight logged. Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.
Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.30.1). To verify your current version and update, please go to this article, select "How do I update the Fitbit app" and follow the instructions.
Whether this doesn't work, I would recommend performing a restart to your Charge 3.
If you have any question, please let us know

I have the latest app version and I have restarted my Charge 3. It still records weight loss in .9lb increments instead of whole lbs.

@EdsonFitbit As you can see if I enter my weight as 10st 8lbs it displays it as 10st 7.9lbs. It does this with any weight I put in. Always something.9lbs
I've tried your previous suggestions. Any more?

Thanks for the update @Bitfit_Janet.
I'm about to forward this situation to our team but before going any further, please try to log your weight on a different way. Instead of logging 10st 8lbs try to log 10st 8.1lbs and let me know how it goes.
In addition, please try to log your weight from the Fitbit app or from the online website at fitbit.com to see if you continue experiencing the same issue.
I'll be waiting for your response.

@EdsonFitbit The app won't let me put in a decimal point so I can only enter a whole number which it then deducts 0.1 from.
The fitbit.com dashboard is slightly different in that if I record a loss it deducts 0.1 from the 'goal progress' total but correctly displays the 'to go' total.
However, if enter a gain it does the whole calculation correctly in whole numbers.
See screenshots.

Thank you for getting in touch @Bitfit_Janet.
At the moment, we haven't received information from our team. Once we get any news we'll inform you.
In the meantime, you might want to continue entering your weight from the Fitbit website with a decimal gain.
If you have any question, please let us know.
