I have my daughter's fit bit. My fitbit remains black and died nothing x bad. And you are not helped here. We must help each other. They withdraw their hands. Because daughter had 2 one that I use 'but not yet 100% and another fitbit does not pass the hour correctly and the top of the hour is gone' first fitbit charge 2 then chargé 3 1 of me who does nothing and 2 of daughter and try to get one good anyway. "Sorry to say that" help fitbit community "not help xx chars 4 would also have problems ,, greetings
