This is the 2nd time my screen has gone blank on my charge 3. I have tried ALL the suggested fixes in the forum, changing clock face, restarting, etc. Those worked the first time and it lasted only a couple of weeks. Nothing is working now. Now it restarts, I get the smiley face, but then back to black. It is still communicating and syncing with my phone app, but totally black on the Charge 3 screen. I have seen numerous similar posts and we all seem to be having the same problem. Please help.
