Hi, guys,
I have a Charge 3 and since couple of days its screen turned black.
I read here, I read online, I tried resetting it while on charge: I felt the 7 short vibrations, but did not see the usual smiley face. Maybe it is still operational, because I managed to sync it, but totally useless since I cannot see the display. I also tried changing the clock face (also read about this) but without any success.
Please advice me how to proceed.
I bought it in the end of June last year.

Hi again,
Not that I am topping my thread, but... I see other people with the same issue, no restart or clock face change helps... What are the options?

I'm experiencing the same problem, when outside cannot see my screen.... How to correct this issue?
