My Charge 3 screen is unreadable. It keeps getting darker. It is on normal.settings. please help, I've only had it over 1 year.

Hi @Jmarquay72, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen is unreadable and dark, even though it's in normal settings.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display works properly.

I have tried reseting it. I changed the clock face and still can't see
anything. I already had a fit it clock face in it
