Hi, @Kasey313 welcome to the community, are you sure it's 2 years old, Charge 3 was launched in April this year. Charge 3 looks very similar.

Let me know.

Cheers

Hi, @Kasey313 I'm a bit confused here, The charge 4 was launched in April this year (2020) the Charge 3 was launched before the charge 4. Are you confusing Charge 3 with Versa 3 which was launched in August 2020? Look at the pictures at Fitbit Community

Let me know so I can move your post to the correct board.

Cheers

@Kasey313 Thanks for joining us!

Let me help you with this. Try restarting your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

@Gr4ndp4 thank you for your help clarifying which tracker was.

Let me know how it goes.
