Just charged my fitbit and on removal from charger the screen has gone grey. Tried reboot it and change clock as per other threads I read on line, no improvement. It's not new but I'm still pretty unhappy as my charge 2 did similar. Would appear by the number of people with this issue that there is a common fault in this unit that fitbit missed in QC.

I have also had absolutely no success with these directions, I have tried it multiple times and a regular, and often restart doesn't help, I have had my Charge 3 for about 5 months since I got it and it started fading after 2 months, My parents were having issues with their charge 3's and 2 of them faded completely, what do we do to fix them now???
