My Charge 3 shows no heart rate or sleep tracking

I ran the update 2 days ago and now my Charge 3 has no LED, no heart rate and no sleep tracking. All my previous data for these 2 functions is erased. I've tried reboots from the device and the charger reboot x3. Still not working. All other functions seem to be working.
