I have tried over and over using the reset instructions , but no joy. Contacted Fitbit , very nice person on the other end of the line , Offered me a discount on a new fitbit charge 4 as mine was charge 3. Even with the discount their was no point as i could buy it elsewhere £30 + Cheaper
Very disappointed with the company , i only really use the watch for monitoring my health and i will not recommend this company any more to friends.
