My Charge 3 shows the wrong time and it doesn't sync

After resetting my charge 3 the time is 2 hours late, also I can not connect with windows 10 on my computer. Who knows how to change this?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to sync and to correct the time on your Fitbit Charge 3. 

 

To resolve syncing issues, please follow the troubleshooting steps on this article. Please make sure that your Windows 10 computer has Bluetooth incorporated, otherwise it will be necessary having a Fitbit dongle.

 

Once your Tracker gets synced, the time should be corrected automatically, but if this is not the case you can manually change it by following these instructions.
