My Charge 3 stops sending notifications

Untill recently i have had no problems with my Fitbit. I have just started to notice that after a while my Fitbit seems to lose bluetooth connection with my phone meaning no notifications come through to my watch. I resolve this by opening the app and re syncing but it's annoying to have to keep doing this. I have a samsung A7 phone which has worked perfectly fine with my Fitbit until now.

If you haven't done it already, please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve issues with notifications.

 

Whether this doesn't help, you can set up your Fitbit Charge 3 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
