My Charge 3 syncs, but is missing steps for my Workweek Hustle. I have tried lots of things, charging, rebooting...., I have been on a couple chats with fit bit and still my workweek hustle takes steps away from me every day. Today I have over 12000 steps and it only shows 7000 in the workweek hustle. Anyone have this happen before and have a solution? thanks

Have you manually logged some of your activities? We've received similar reports, and have escalated the issue to our engineering team. While we don't have a timeline for resolution, we will continue to investigate these discrepancies.
