I purchased this about 1 1/2 years ago to track walking distance and my BPM. It recently bounced between sleep and dnd and stopped BPM. After resetting multiple times it still did not work. Latest developed it got so hot to the touch when charging I think it fried. What a piece of junk for $100. My Casio exercise watch is still going after 10 years with the same battery. Good by Fitbit!

We have two Fitbit Charge 3s that have failed… one has lines which had cleared briefly and then returned and the second went black. Both are garbage and Fitbit talks a good game about support but has never delivered. Platitudes and nice language can’t fix bad products. Customer service told me I was probably just out of luck. I have a Versa 2 which I figure will fail at some point.
