Just a heads up so other people don't have to go on live chat trouble shooting for 40 mins. If you have no battery connection (doesn't charge/vibrate when connecting to charger) clean with dry toothbrush. If that doesn't work its broken you need a new one. You will not have a secure battery connection, so you can not try to re set it either.
