My Fitbit is running out of battery within less than 2 hours of charging. It has also stopped tracking my heart rate at all….. is it kaput?!

Please restart your Fitbit Charge 3 by following these steps. In addition, please turn heart rate off and back on. For instructions on how to navigate your Tracker, please visit this article.

 

To extend your Tracker's battery life, we recommend following these steps.
