Just that. I need to manually enter to the app and click on the sync button to get the latest.

Checked all my settings for background sync and they're are all on.

Hi there @overkill23, welcome to the Community Forums. I apologize for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is having a hard time syncing with your Huawei P20 Pro. Thanks for troubleshooting the syncing difficulties prior to posting here, I'll be do my best to get you back on track.  😊

As a first approach, I'll recommend following the steps provided here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Also, while reading your post I was wondering if by any chance you're getting any error message every time you try manually syncing? Could you let me know the current OS of your phone?

I'm looking forward to your response, keep me posted.

Thanks MarreFitbit,

The device is a CLT-L29 and the Android version is 9. I read the guide you
provided, both options (sync automatically and always connected) from the
Fitbit app are on and the device is still not syncing. Manual sync works
only after a few tries.

My Android Version is 9.
Build number is 9.1.0.388

Thanks!

Hi Marrebit,

I disable the automated battery management in P20 Pro as it says for the
P20 and this solved it.

Maybe you should include this device as well in that list!

Thanks!
