First of all my tracker stopped syncing exercise. Everything I have tried from advice on here has made it worse! Turning on and off Bluetooth etc didn’t work. Made it worse and it stopped syncing everything. I tried rebooting both from the Fitbit itself and when plugged in to the power. Eventually it starting showing 001 and Fitbit logo. Tried rebooting again, would get the white line then nothing. Carried on trying to reboot it and nothing. Dead. Left it a day or two. Tried again. Eventually told my phone to forget the device and unpaired it. Tried to set the device up again. My phone finds it and starts pairing with it. I put the code from the Fitbit into my phone and get “there was a problem communicating with your tracker. Please try again” I have tried this numerous times over a few days. Nothing. I have only had this Fitbit 4 months. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and saw that they have helped you to solve the issue with your Charge 3.
