My Charge 3 won't sync with iPhone

Hello,

This is my 3rd fitbit , Had the charge 1,2 and now 3. Have had issues on every fitbit but all were resolved (warranty claims etc) except for the charge 3.

Have been using this charge 3 since last year and its worked fine until one day  i suddenly cannot sync it anymore. It doesnt Appear on my IPhone bluetooth settings, Ive tried to restart the fitbit app, delete the fitbit app from my phone, restart my phone and a bunch of other options to no avail. ive read about 2 dozen topics here about the same issues but still haven't been able to resolve.

Before the mods chime in and give tips on reseting the device, delete the app, update the software and a bunch of other helpful suggestions, take note that ive done all of those numerous times already to no avail.

Don’t want a good fitbit to go to waste because of a software issue. Seems upgrading to the charge 3 was not such a good idea.

Regards,
Carlo
