This is BJ Davis. I have tried restarting my Charge 3 by holding the button down for 8 seconds, restarting it by holding it down for 15 seconds while plugged in, and changing the clock face through the app. Even after changing the clock face like one of the Fitbit representatives told me to do, all it did was vibrate. It still won't turn on. Could someone please help?
Mine, too! It vibrated for over 5 minutes straight, we couldn't get it to stop, but when it did, it would not turn back on. It vibrates while being charged, but the screen is still blank.
