My Charge 4 Doesn't Vibrate For Notifcations

My charge 4 has stopped vibrating for my notifications and step reminders but still vibrates for an alarm. I've activated all permissions for vibrating, even if my phone is in 'do not disturb' mode, I have also reset it. What else can do, any ideas?

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps performed and I understand how you feel with this situation. If your tacker's battery is critically low, notifications won't cause to vibrate or the screen to turn on.

Also when you turn off all notifications, your tracker won't vibrate and the screen won't turn on when your phone receives a notification. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.

Or check if the Sleep Mode or Do Not Disturb Mode are On in your device.
