Hi my fitbit4 has a black screen. Fully charged. Vibrates well. just screen will not come on. Tried the 8 secs reset several times. No good.
many other suggestions.

I had the same problem start overnight last Sunday night. I reset Charge 4 and I cannot get Bluetooth to find the device to pair with my fully updated Android. Further advice welcome.
