My Charge 4 has become unresponsive.

My Charge 4 worked perfectly until last night. I took it off to sleep, and now the screen is completely black. It doesn't vibrate when I press the button and doesn't respond when I try to charge it or change the watch face from the app. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the community forums @GabyVS.

Thank you for providing the details regarding this difficulty experienced with Charge 4.

I'm not sure if you tried to restart the device. If not, please giving a try following the steps listed here:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you notice a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you notice a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

If the device is not charging for any reason, I'd suggest you take a look at the points listed in this help article in order to get the Charge 4 charged.

Hi Manu... Thanks for your message.

Yes, since these are the answers in other posts about similar problems, I did everything you told me before coming to this forum and technical support.. And nothing works, it still doesn't respond, not even when I restart it, connect it to the charger, change the interface (although the charging line is visible there), or hold down the button for 8 seconds. Nothing works, and haven't received the email offered by technical support for more than 72 hours.
