So I have a fitbit charge 4 my wife convinced me to get since she had such great success with customer service. Mine broke just over a year old. IT was no longer covered under warranty but they graciously gave me 35% off any regularly priced fit bit as long as I got it at their store. Problem one no fit bit charge 4's are being sold at their store. Second problem the replacement charge 5 is on sale for 12 more than I would pay if I got my full 35% discount. Instead of them giving me an additional discount to cover the same cost to me, or bringing the charge 5 up to cost and the applying my discount they gave me, they said too bad so sad. You either pay the more or get a different tracker that is not on sale and the only other one available that the coupon was good for was a ladies tracker with a feminine band! This is a far from acceptable business practice. Why even give me the coupon to begin with. Thinking on getting a different tracker all together any suggestions?

Hi @Gkg3 Fitbit doesn't sell any tracker that's designated as feminine, although they do have the Ace 3, which is targeted towards children.
