My Charge 4 lost GPS signal

I lost GPS trying for a PB over 5km. GPS was set to dynamic and my phone was in my pocket. GLONASS was on. Route consisted of x2 laps of a small wooded area in a city,(Milton Keynes) not very isolated and route has been ran before no problem. Battery was at 35-40% at start and location sharing on my IPhone was on. Any ideas why I lost signal? Bad luck or can I do something to prevent it in future?

If you haven't done so, please follow the troubleshooting steps and best practices in this article in the menu "How do I get my Fitbit device to connect to GPS?".

 

In addition, you can restart your Tracker by following these instructions.
