After working fine for months it just stopped counting steps, floors any activity at all. I have restarted it. Checked for updates, disconnected it to the app, and reconnected it but the app doesn't seem to be the issue because it will sync but there is nothing on the charger to sync. I had it off for a day and it counted over 700 zone min with no activity 0 steps 0 floors 0 exercise. What do I do next? It is still getting my texts from my phone and seems to get my heart rate correct.

Gosh @kjonas this is a particular odd issue for sure. You’ve already done so great troubleshooting tips on your own by the way. I read your post several times…scratched my head and read it again. Have you recently changed your clock face by chance just before you started experiencing issues? If so try changing it to another clock face (preferably on made by Fitbit) and see if that helps. If the problem persist you could try setting your Fitbit Charge 4 up again as a replacement device to see if that helps: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873.htm
