Hi! I already tried all the tips, and I ve not changed any configuration before this. My Charge 4 runs out of battery in less than a hour. Is there something i can do? I'm from argentina

I am experiencing the same problem although mine runs down in less than 3 hours. I have only had my Charge 4 for 16 months.
I also have tried all the tips. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Totally unsatisfactory. I followed all guidance, nothing changed they confirmed issue referred to customer support who were not bothered that battery had failed barely more that 25 months old. Just send to landfill.
