I got my Charge 4 last year in April and just started few days ago, it cannot hold charge from 100% to 15% in just 3.5 hours even I turned all the notification off and no GPS as well! (I never use the GPS function anyways) My old Fitbits never failed me like this! I am extremely disappointed with this experience and don’t know what I can do. Does anyone here has the same experience as mine? Please share your thoughts. Thank you!
