I just received a Charge HR. It will only work when it’s connected to the charger which is plugged into my laptop.
i’ve followed all the steps in order to set it up and have loaded it o to my phone app but when I put it on my wrist it doesn’t do anything! It won’t turn on nor will it sync!

Was it new? Or did you get a used one? If it was used if it sat around for a long time without being charged it will destroy the battery completely
If new return it where ever you got it

I've had had mine a few years no problems. I plugged it in because it needed a charge. Now it only works if its plugged in. There must be a solution because it worked perfectly the day before.
