Hi,

My Charge 2 has developed cracks now, and they are increasing. This is happening for more than a year now! I just couldn't believe that this was happening. Not only it doesn't look good, makes it ugly looking, but also I'm kind of afraid of taking it out when its mild raining or wet weather! This might cause the Charge 2 to stop working altogether? I came to know that there is no way to replace it either, which is ridiculous! Can Fitbit help me repair it?

Have a search. There’s a massive thread on this. 20+ pages of complaints but no real answers from Fitbit.

Same here. I can't get an answer about a possible defect in the lot manufactured from Fitbit EXCEPT for an offer emailed to be to buy a new device with a 10% discount....I don't want and can't afford a new one. I just want this ugly one fixed right.

exactly...Can you send me the link to that thread? I think I have a good idea of how we can have our defective faces replaced or watch, itself, for free. 🙂
